Mingma Tendi Sherpa reviews every safety-critical page on this site: altitude sickness, insurance, and winter route content all carry his sign-off. He holds NMA license 2287, a Wilderness First Responder certification from 2024, and completed the Himalayan Rescue Association's high-altitude medicine seminar at Pheriche in 2023.
Mingma grew up in Gatlang in the Langtang region and has guided 51 departures across Langtang, Manaslu, and the Annapurna Circuit. He led the company's first post-earthquake Langtang Valley departure in 2016 and has tracked the valley's lodge rebuilding season by season since. His acclimatization protocols follow the 500 m sleeping-altitude rule above 3,000 m, with client oxygen saturation logged twice daily on every departure above 4,000 m.
