Who we are
We are a trekking and expedition operator based in Kathmandu, working across 9 regions of Nepal plus a small number of routes in Tibet and Bhutan. We are not a booking marketplace and we do not resell other operators' departures. Every trip listed here is one we run ourselves, with our own guides and our own porters.
The company is small on purpose. A team of 5 licensed guides carries 61 years of trail experience between them, and that is the same group answering inquiries, writing the route pages, and walking the trail. When you ask a question through this site, the reply comes from someone who has been where you are going.
That structure is the reason the numbers on this site hold up. A marketer working from a spreadsheet cannot tell you which lodge at Dingboche has a working stove in November, or what the Khumbu municipality counter charges this season. A guide who was there last month can.
What we commit to
Every itinerary is built to the 500 m sleeping-altitude rule before anything else is scheduled, and the guide holds turnaround authority that is not open to negotiation.
