Contact

Talk to a guide, not a call centre

Inquiries are answered by the guides who run the routes. There is no sales team in between, which is why the reply usually contains the actual answer rather than a callback request.

Already booked

If you are already on a trip with us

Every departure carries a 24 hour emergency contact, given to you and to your emergency contact at home before you fly. Use that number rather than the office line for anything urgent on the trail, because it reaches a person who can start an evacuation rather than a desk that opens at nine.

For changes to a confirmed booking, write to hello@nepaltravelpackages.com so the request is on record. Cancellation and amendment terms are on the cancellation and refund policy page.

If something goes wrong

Making a complaint

Raise it with your guide first if you are on the trail, because most problems are fixable the same day by the person standing next to you. If that does not resolve it, or the issue is with the booking rather than the trek, write to hello@nepaltravelpackages.com with your departure date and booking reference.

We acknowledge written complaints within three working days and aim to give a full response within fourteen. If you are not satisfied with our response, a complaint can be escalated to the Nepal Tourism Board or the Trekking Agencies' Association of Nepal, both of which handle disputes involving registered operators.
