Rajan Rai coordinates staffing, transport, and lodge bookings across every departure the company runs, working alongside the regional lead guides to confirm crews and permits before each trip leaves Kathmandu. He has guided in the Annapurna and Langtang regions before moving into an operations-focused role.

Rajan is the first point of contact for itinerary changes once a group is on the trail, coordinating with lodge owners and regional guides to resolve weather delays, transport gaps, and last-minute route changes as they come up.
