Mornings open around 6:30 am with sunrise vinyasa on a lakeside terrace, roughly 75 minutes, followed by a sattvic vegetarian breakfast around 8 am. The middle of the day is unstructured by design, open for lake boating, a Sarangkot excursion, journaling, or simply resting, since the retreat's value is as much in the unscheduled hours as the practice sessions themselves. A guided meditation session runs mid-afternoon, roughly 40 minutes, before an evening yin or restorative yoga session closes the day around 6 pm, timed to end before dinner rather than after it.
